Horrible Experience! In October 2021, Acres Paving sent a crew to install steps and a small walkway at my home. On the first day, I noticed the crew throwing lunch garbage and empty bottles into the foundation area of the steps. When I asked them not to, they insisted it wouldn’t matter. The following year, the stairs began to cave in. I contacted the company, but they did not come out to inspect them due to ‘staffing issues’. The next year, the stairs became wobbly enough that I was worried about safety. They never came. After my wife fell, I ended up making temporary repairs myself. Reaching the company was consistently difficult, but when I did get through, they would always say they would come out, still, no one ever showed. After several follow-ups, they eventually told me they had closed for the season due to a death in the family. In May 2025, I contacted them again. They told me they would honor the warranty, but after multiple attempts to schedule a visit, they claimed they had already come by to inspect the steps (which did not happen, to my knowledge) and promised to return in mid-October. They never did. Based on my experience, this has been the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. The workmanship on my project has not held up, and the repeated delays, missed appointments, and unfulfilled promises have been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend them.
I would not recommend Acres Paving. They did some work on my family's home drive way, they removed some lawn and extended the driveway to allow several cars to park. We stayed off of it for the recommended time for it to harden. A few months later the grass that was previously there that they removed started to grow through the pavement and also other dents appeared on the drive way. After calling them several times they promised to come out to assess the situation over 7 months but they never showed up, dishonest and bad workmanship, dont let these guys anywhere near your home.
Do not use this company. Asphalt will remain soft, crack, and buckle. Save yourself the money/troubles. This company will not honour warranty Can’t wait for the automatic response “this is the first we are hearing of this issue”. I will update this review if they ever honour their warranty claims.
I had my driveway completed at the same time as my neighbour’s, (joint driveway) and the finished asphalt was extremely soft, uneven, and full of ridges. The edges were poorly done as well. After the work was finished, the owner refused to answer any calls, texts, or emails. Drive way has been chipping away. Do not use
Very happy with our driveway sealing done by Nate and his brother. Friendly, quick service, great price. Will probably call them for interlock work in the spring!
During the consultation, they took the time to explain the different options available, and we decided on asphalt for the driveway and interlock for the borders.
I had a very frustrating experience with Acres Paving & Interlock. At first, Nate (the owner) seemed reliable and communicative, but once the job was finished and issues started to appear, everything changed. Despite promises and a warranty, Nate completely stopped replying. Attempts to reach out were ignored, and any accountability vanished. The quality of the work quickly deteriorated, and without follow-up or support, we were left dealing with the consequences. It’s extremely disappointing when a company talks a big game but refuses to stand behind their work. If you’re looking for professionalism, responsiveness, and someone who honors their warranty—look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend Acres Paving & Interlock to anyone.
