Too bad we can only give 5 stars because after the incredible customer service I received from Sully I’d love to give more. I tried my first brisket on the weekend and he was patient and attentive and answered all my 101 questions I had. Can’t say enough about how well taken care of we were. Thank you for your time patience and expertise! Can’t wait to come back and see you guys again and take another crack at another brisket. Update Nov 22/ 2025: called in for pork ribs to smoke. Sully gave absolutely outstanding customer service again. If you want someone friendly patient and who cares this is the guy to talk to. Thank you again!
I called at 3pm to ask about what time they closed the saw machine and they said around 4pm! I showed up at 4:10 and they told me I was too late and I can't be helped I don't get it! It's not like I haven't called before But that just shows how much they don't pay attention to there customers or care to wait a couple of minutes
I discovered this Gem a while ago, not sure why I have not written a review sooner ! Amazing products, amazing staff ( past & present ). Brad and his wife are awesome owners. The staff is always efficient, pleasant, helpful and give you a small town store feel. Ones I can think of ( but I’m sure I missed some ) : Rebecca, Jamee, Max, Ken, Brian, Cameron, Chris & anyone I misssed. Definitely A++++ highly recommended! Keep up the awesome work !
I'd like to refresh my last comment from a yr or so ago Brad and Wendy and the rest of there staff are amazing want a special cut DONE want something exciting DONE want to ask a question DONE have a issue not likely but DONE want to talk about prices DONE with a smile want quality ALWAYS DONE so shop locally and meet the team you won't be disappointed I've got no bone in this lol other then to say you won't be disappointed!!! . Every reason to keep coming back this Butcher shop is rare in this day and age !! . Thank you Brad/Wendy and team don't change !!! Thank you Bob and family
