i was charged for power washing and hood cleaning service i didn’t receive, the detailing job was not complete, there were still bugs on the exterior of my car and debris inside my car, inside the console, in the seats and the trunk of the car was not vacuumed/cleaned, i politely messaged and called jeff to let him know, that i was not happy with the service that was done, and initially i was willing to go back and have the service completed, but decided against it after the phone call because jeff is disrespectful and hostile. i instead disputed the charge with my bank as i would not be returning. when i provided the bank with all the details, i was granted a refund. jeff then called me and messaged me several harassing and threatening messages. i would have gladly paid for a job well done, and recommended the service if it was deserving of it. don’t waste your time or money here. reply to owner: i was charged for services i didn’t receive before there was any discussion about me coming back to complete services you already charged me for. you shouldn’t charge anyone for work you didn’t do, that’s the definition of a scam. you were notified that i would be late and you said that it was okay, you should have said no at that point if it was a problem for you. your services are not quality and neither is your customer service.
I was stuck for a Mother's Day gift when the idea of having her beloved car detailed, and after some research, decided on Sunshine Auto Detailing. I am sure glad I did. Jeff was very pleasant, communicative, and did just an unbelievable job. My Mom's 2014 Honda Civic looks and smells brand new, and the smile on her face was worth every penny, and with that said, the price was very reasonable for the work put in. I will be back again!
Jeff did an amazing job at getting 10+ year old stains out of my car. My car no longer smells like cigarettes, has no coffee stains, and feels like I just got it off the lot. Jeff and his team were very knowledgeable and even helped diagnose an issue with my car.
WARNING!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE I had the absolute WORST experience with this person. I was treated like a peasant and my car was damaged. Currently going to court to try to claim some money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY :(

Appointment was available quickly. Drop off was smooth. Service was everything I could ask for and more. Complete car detail in 2 hours. Will absolutely be using their services again.
I was sceptical when I started this experience because the phone is not answered with the company name but by the person who owns the company but the final result was amazing. The vehicle was as clean as the day I picked it up from the dealership. The staff was friendly and didn’t try to oversell anything other than what I asked for.
