I would highly recommend giving Amanda a call. Way more than a carpet cleaning company…your basement floods? They should be your first call. Amazing local company.
June 13 2024 my mom Debbie Joyce had her carpets cleaned and the stains showed 3 days later and she wishes to have it redone but no one will return her phone calls better service needed please contact her
We needed them to clear out two rooms for plaster repairs and then to replace everything. The crews that showed up were prompt, very hard working, expert at the job, fast and very pleasant to deal with. I'm recommend them for any job. 10/10
Water damage clean up was needed in my condo from the unit above flooded,the senior member of the crew was good but the younger members didn't show any care for the extra damage they caused to my unit and condo hallway. Very unprofessional and could tell they had no pride in what they do. . Even after being asked very nicely to use care, they just took a crowbar and damaged parts that were just pointed out not to damage. I'm sure they just wanted to go home as I was the 3rd unit to be done that day and was the last unit so.... not sure how other companies would compare as I'm sure it's the labour force available nowadays vs the wages and experience.
The generosity of the staff makes this company stand out apart from all the rest. Hard working, & dedicated to please! A family owned company that personally goes above and beyond to make sure they get the job done to it’s full satisfaction!
The gentleman were very polite but did a very very poor job our feet are still sticky they said its not what they did i guess filling there tank up ,guess i should have given them hot water ?,not a company i would use again let alone give a healthy tip ?
