First time going to this restaurant. Portions were worth the price. Would try again, but not the wrap versions of their sandwiches (very little tomato and too much mayo). The chicken pieces were good, and so were their biscuits.
Unsure where to grab a snack after letting out from a show across the street this evening, we were charmed and persuaded by one delightful employee, Hargum, at the front counter. She was kind and informative, advising us of all the delicious menu items available. What started out as "grabbing a snack" turned into a full meal (and dessert!) - we simply couldn't say no. Our stomachs are grateful, and so are we to have had such a fun, pleasant experience at Church's Oshawa.
Church's Fried Chicken in 70 King St., Oshawa...friendly staff, quick service and of course YUMMY chicken. Many to choose from their menu. Have been ordering from this place so many times already.
Received cold and Hard chicken that prolly sat under heat lamp for ages.. will not recommend or return. Plz have your employees get their food handlers or have management oversee better! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Keeps getting worse
I recently visited Church’s Texas Chicken on Wednesday, October 7, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. The place easily deserves 5 out of 5 stars! One of the best things about this location is how affordable it is, especially with the daily specials – it’s perfect for students or anyone looking for a great meal without spending too much. The food was fresh, flavourful, and exactly what you’d hope for in a comfort meal. The service was quick and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious chicken at a great price.
Avoid this place at all cost. Instead go to the whitby one. This location is taking full price but giving half quantities. I ordered 2 maxicana sandwiches and chicken in it was exact half then the other locations. Will ever come back.
The chicken taste good and different taste from other chicken food chains. No wonder people coming back after trying for the first time. We love it and will recommend to others. The management and servers did the good job on setting up the store. They are friendly and helpful. Keep it up. 5
