Disgusting and dirty. Horrible food which takes an awfully long time to get even when it's empty. Front doors are so filthy I thought the location was out of business.
We went there for lunch..we were seated by a very nice young lady..but upon being seated we noticed the table was very sticky and dirty..the restaurant itself was not very clean. We made a hard pass and walked out
Used to visit this place often. These days more restaurants offer wings, with better prices, and offers. Ordered offer of nachos and a pitcher. Asked the server is the price was the same regardless the beer brand, she said yes. When the bill came the price had changed. No issues in paying more, but they have to be honest from the start, and no to take advantage of customers. So, always confirm first, and check the bill. What could have been a nice tip, became a disappointment.
I went to your location for the first time today with my wife for a sit down meal and the service was horrible. upon entry no one was there to greet us and when they came to the table there was no hospitality (barely) spoke.. drinks showed up with straws already in them and the cups were dirty with bits around the rim. I wasn't feeling well so I didn't eat and I asked for a box. I finally got hungry at home and wanted to eat my food but my boneless wings had bones and I hurt my mouth when I bit into it. I spoke with one of your employees over the phone and they gave me the wrong email address. when i called back they hung up on me and then my final attempt they forwarded my call. service 0 hospitality 0 food 3 atmosphere 2 will not be returning to this location.
Idk what happened to this spot. But my last order of a foursome and gar par fries was disappointing. Fries has so much seasoning on them and and felt like someone never made them before. The wings were fine. The sauce was a miss Orders was wrong took 1 hr back and forth to get my dinner right. My gar par fires were cold. For $90.00 this was not worth it. Waste your money. You've been warned
I visited this location tonight and received great service by a server named Sanjana. I was very confused with the lot of flavour options but Sanjana helped me find the right flavours according to my taste. The food was delicious and I will be coming back again.
If I need to use the bathroom you need to let me bathroom. People have medical issues you may not know about. Indian manager threatened to call the police and told me to get the f out. No wonder your restaurant is always empty. You are unprofessional, disrespectful and should not be in the hospitality business. Stay tuned for a complaint from head office. You woman hater.
