Very shortsighted and ignorant to have vegan chocolate and not include at least one option for fundraisers. So any local charities are losing out for people who are dairy sensitive, have dairy allergies or are vegan, even though Purdy's actually has great vegan chocolate. When I asked customer service about it they did nothing other than say they follow trends. That is really quite disappointing. It's 2024. You have vegan options, awesome, but I should be able to BUY them in any avenue you offer. Especially for fundraisers.
Quality is good which justifies the price. The staff are friendly and helpful, the no sugar options are a nice touch too. The pre boxed chocolates make for a quick and easy gift idea.
Awful experience, after waiting half an hour in line, it was my turn up to cash and instead of helping me (last person in line) the cashier let a person bud me and went around the store to help her. I left before making my purchase and will never return to this place.
