I never write google reviews, but the customer service I received today was absolutely amazing and needs to be recognized. Amira and Alice were exceptional!! They were both so kind and so helpful.
usually order my coffee online, but went in person yesterday to the actual store because I didn't want to wait on delivery. I'm glad I went. Stellar customer service. I can't complain. Friendly, professional, and efficient. The place was clean and organized. What more could I ask for? 5 Stars.
We went in to the Oshawa Centre boutique today for the first time and I was very impressed by the level of customer service. All three staff members were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. We highly recommend this location. They have everything you need.
Right now this is a pop-up store but will, hopefully, become permanent. The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming and service is prompt. All Covid precautions are in place.
I had the bad experience today at this location, as the lady Natasha who help me to do the return, do u believe it, we are standing at the counter more than an hours. Only for return some pods.... I won't go back not recommend this store... Bad service ! Very disappointed
