I had a gift printed off for a close friend of mine. Communication was easy and quick and all of my questions/requests were answered. I can’t share a pic of the t-shirt since it may spoil the surprise, but all of the instructions were perfectly met and the shirt looks better than I could have imagined! I have also worn other clothing made by this company and can confirm that it feels just as great as it looks.
I cannot say enough good things about Tag-It Express. Everything about my experience with them was amazing. The communication was great and the products produced were exactly what I was looking for. I will be coming back here for any and all projects I have in the future.

It really is a shame the limit to star ratings on google is only 5, because I wish I could rate my experience much higher. Allister is absolutely the most professional dude I have ever encountered in the few years I have been operating my company. He truly cares about his passion for printing and embroidery, and Tag-It Express is the only company I recommend doing business with in Durham Region, I just see no reason to go to any other printing service. Allister is very good with communicating with his customers as well as producing the highest quality product possible. He works with you rather than just doing things his way, which is something I have encountered a few times before. 10/10 service, if you aren't using Tag-It Express, YOU'RE SLIPPING! Also, the "Express" isn't in the name for no reason, he really does work fast.
Honestly every item I've ordered I have not been disappointed. Most recently I ordered a custom religious tshirt for my mom. From the Tshirt material quality to the gold print selected. It came out exactly as selected. When you order from Tag-it you get what you want & will not be disappointed. If you are disappointed then you were not clear in what your wanted.
Amazing job!! Was looking for a place to print a logo on some hoodies. Allister helped me out with everything, gave a great suggestion to place part of the logo on back and part on the front. He sent me picture on how it would look, made the whole ordeal easy...I wish I could give a higher rating then 5 ....will definitely be back.
I just returned from my niece's place in Kingston. She was over the moon for her "Best Gammer Ever!" black t-shirt, with Baby Yoda and Star Wars lettering on it.
