I recently visited Roll Up Ice Creams and had an amazing experience! The ambiance is really fun and vibrant, and they offer a fantastic variety of flavors. The ice cream is super fresh, and I especially loved the chocolate flavour..The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I have visited this store a couple of times, and unfortunately, both times I faced rude behavior from the male server. His attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional, which really spoils the experience of coming in for a simple treat like ice cream. Good customer service is just as important as the product. We did like the ice cream itself, but the poor service overshadows it. Did anyone else experience the same?
The test and quantity was very disappointing, comparing with other shops it was very less and very less topping options the test was not there at all. $10 for that quantity i would rather get it from somewhere else.
This is my first time visited Roll Me Up. I can easily say that the overall vibe here is superb and their ice creams especially mango mawa and paan king, I loved a lot. One of their employees Prince is also good in suggesting options and providing us superb customer service.
