When I tried to purchase in this store and the casher looked at me in a way that felt extremely racist and uncomfortable, making me feel unwelcome and convinced that I never want to return to that store again. I don't want to give any star
Bought a lighter and it doesn’t work. Was told to come back and exchange it for another lighter that probably doesn’t work. Annoying! Oh hi owner… that the craziest response to post publically… because I didn’t know cheap meant not functional … take ownership for selling a lighter that didn’t work …& I buy all my “unbranded” lighters from the dollar store/all over the place and don’t have this issue.. why are you arguing with me? If I could give zero stars. That’s what you deserve..
AMAZING customer service!!! i shop here very regularly and the staff are more than helpful every time! always friendly, always willing to go the extra mile and they always make me feel comfortable and welcome in their store! i am often telling people about the great stuff they have at the cash too! i can't say enough good things. keep it up :D
Good hours, real friendly staff, prices are fairly reasonable on most products. Would like a bit of a wider variety on the snack aisle. ------ Also this is more of a personal thing, but please stop selling glue traps as they are very inhumane. I understand having to sell snap traps as most people pick up these, but while the glue ones cost the same, they cause unnecessary suffering for rodents+can harm other animals like birds. Alternative methods like catch and release traps would be even better but I'm aware as a business you have to sell what most people will buy. But please do consider the removal of your glue traps for sale though, as they're likely to be banned for use very soon anyways. Thank you for your consideration with this!
