I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I contacted but the representative I spoke with abruptly ended the call without addressing my concerns. I attempted to call back multiple times, but no one answered or returned my calls. This experience was extremely frustrating and fell far below the standard of service I expected.
I don't appreciate being tricked into signing up for your employment agency. They posted about a bakery job in Scarborough and made me come to Oshawa for an "interview " but made me do tests and sign up for them instead. Don't fall for this.
Lead me on for 3 weeks about a full time job saying I was the main candidate. Then only gave me 1 hours notice for single shift jobs and cancelled half of them right before the time to work. Literally got no where within 1.5 months of signing up only agency to ever do this.
This place is an absolute nightmare. I was told by Daniella multiple times over a 3 week period that I was 100% hired and given a day she would contact me. Not once did she follow through. I told her that I was Passing up on other opportunities and she confirmed over and over not to worry. 3 start dates all of which were postponed. When I would call she seemed frustrated and was obviously having other conversations with people as we spoke. Super un professional. I still have not heard from them and I could have been working full time by now but on her PROMISE, I held off for the position she 100% garaunteed me. ALL LIES. All they want is to drag you along and play God with your life.
I am beyond depressed with staffing connection they call me to the office twice saying there's a forklift position, I came down both times early to the intake interveiw, they took my 20 bucks and said I'll be starting on the 14th or 21st phoned back today and there is no job like they been just messing with me? so unprofessional,I've never had such bad experience looking for work, they don't care about people at all I feel like giving up on life dealing with staffing connection thanksfor letting me down again. Horrible Horrible Horrible place !!!!!!! I would like my 20 bucks back that u guys stole too, I think staffing connection is the ones that need a criminal background check !!!
Shy was friendly and helpful as well as clear and concise with her instructions and very pleasant to speak to. I'd definitely like to interact with her again.
