just had dinner here and honestly the food is good but the best thing about chicken n dough is the service. hasib was so generous and kind, easy to talk to and was very helpful in deciding what to get. definitely will be back, 10/10. thanks hasib!
Some of the best food around. The smash burger was crispy on the edges and the grilled chicken was perfect. The fire fries had the perfect flavour combo too. The best part was the service though, we went an hour before closing and ordered on the way out too but the guy taking our order was super friendly and told us to take our time. We will definitelyy be going again, highly recommend!
Haseeb served me and my whole family really well. We really enjoyed our tenders and Nashville hot burgers!! Really flavourful halal food and great service will be coming back soon. Tons of great sauce options too!
Great place with amazing food and plenty of options to choose from. The only downside is the music — not very kid-friendly, as it includes quite a few songs with foul language.
Wanted to say thank you to the lady working Sunday October 25th at 8:15 pm. The store had an issue and our order never went through so we had to wait extra time for her to make it. She blessed us and definitely made it worth the wait. Thank you! We’ve always loved the food and the service, and we’ll be back!
The staff is amazing and very supportive and respectful. Our challenge was on food prep. The Smash Burger was burnt around the edges, so the meat was quite crunch on the edges, but the middle tasted great. The main issue we had was the fries dishes they have on the menu. It seems the fries were premade and when we ordered and received the food, the fries were not only cold, but were also stale and a bit hard, the toppings were great, and if the fries were freshly made it would have been excellent. That all being said if they focused a bit on the food prep, the food is actually great and the ingredients perfect, but overcooked meat and stale fries ruined the experience for us. I do want to point out again, the staff was great, very respectful in the way they spoke with us and conducted their business.
I would love to visit regularly not just for the quality food, but also for the customer service. Kudos to ‘Lubna’ for exceptional attention towards customer.
