They ruined my surprise by calling the receiver without asking for permissions and did not tell me ahead of time....EDIT: They have reconciled this situation by providing a discount on my next purchase of flowers.. Great customer service !!!!

This was a very positive experience shopping with Loris Hearts and Flowers. I got a call from the florist stating she didn't have the same flowers as the arrangement showed online and she would have to substitute She wanted to be sure I was okay with that. I really appreciated the call when in the past some other flower shops never gave me that courtesy. She was still able to make a beautiful arrangement and got a customer who will return for certain Thank you so much for the excellent customer service
