REALLY overpriced. $9 for a soda? I’ve been to this location three times, and ordered the exact same thing each time. The first time it was delicious and exactly what I wanted, the second time it was watery and the wrong flavour, and the third time it was overpowering and disgusting. And to think they’re more expensive than Starbucks?
Ordered black milk tea with tapioca and the passion fruit tea with tapioca. The tapioca was either stale or not cooked properly. It was hard and unappetizing. The Passoon fruit tea was just pure sugar water and again the tapioca was not good...a waste of money. Truly a disappointment.
I ordered 3 frozen yogurt for my family, and at the end asked for a cup and spoon to split one with my 2 year old. They informed me that they charge for extra cups and spoons? Pathetic, honestly embarrassing! Congratulations, you saved yourself 6¢ worth of paper and lost a customer for life. Grow up
I ordered a large Kale and Avocado smoothie and paid more than $8.00. When I took a sip, it tasted like there’s a banana in it and nothing of the avocado and kale flavour. It’s a bit sour, too. There’s some speck of greens so maybe it’s the shredded kale. Smoothies should be thicker but what I got was nothing like a smoothie. I didn’t bother to go back to complain cause I know for sure I won’t be going back.
I used to love this place when I was a child I would come all the time. For the first time in ever I ordered a large coffee flavored yogen fruz and to my surprise when I was eating it it tasted as if the yogurt was slightly sour. Something was off about it I eat coffee yogurt at other places and it never tasted like this. This tasted sour. I even tried to call the manager and explain to the manager that something is wrong with the coffee yogurt and the manager continued to tell me that nothing is wrong with it and coffee yogurt is supposed to taste sour okayyyyyyy obviously you don't know what yogurt is supposed to taste like. Warning to everybody else if something is wrong with your yogurt the manager will just continually tell you you're wrong.
I wish I can give this place zero star. Extremely rude lady, skimped on quantity. Stale almonds on my chai latte. Will not return to this place again.
Totally disappointed ☹️ we went for my daughter birthday she want frozen yogurt finally we came this store all the way 15km the employee who works there not even guide us properly, irresponsible employee ,not even good customer service , they have only two sizes and even we don’t Know it’s by weight and Finally we got frozen yogurt is not like a frozen yogurt . We never go this store anywhere.
