Needed a small stocking gift. Came to the right place. Had the best customer service anyone could ask for. The store rep was a beautiful young girl with curly hair who just knew what to show me(clerk# 50101). My family will now be playing FLIP 7 on Christmas Day. Thank you again 50101?
Great selection of games and good customer service, but I had to leave the store because of the overwhelming smell of BO coming from employees. Unfortunately their lack of hygiene impeded my shopping experience today.
bought a new pc board game on Friday. All parts are present but not in the original package. The game did not deliver on its cooperative commitment. As the store has a policy of only accepting games in their original package they would not accept a return or exchange. Sad to say but buy from amazon in the future. Love the staff as they are mostly helpful. We were normally purchasing our games at their location but no longer.
Recently I had purchased a cue from the Etobicoke location and unfortunately after a few weeks, I noticed it was very clearly warped. Thankfully, I had been dealing with Jamie from the Oshawa location regarding potentially refelting my table. I told her what was going on and she went above and beyond to help rectify the situation. Even though there was no specific warranty for this cue, she was able to see that this was definitely not normal for a cue at this price point. She immediately offered to help and swap for a replacement cue and even assisted as I pedantically went through multiple shafts to make sure I found one that didn’t suffer from the same issue. I am extremely thankful that I got Jamie when I reached out to F.G Bradley’s, she has been incredibly kind and extremely helpful throughout all of our dealings. Highly recommend!
Today ( August 8th ) I stopped in to get a friend a gift and left with my dream cue from a dream team, Mike, Max, Joey and Bryan all were the absolute sweetest people. Made the experience so much more special. I highly recommend stopping in! Thanks guys!
This week was my first visit to F.G. Bradley's at the Oshawa center and what a POSITIVE experience it was. Not only was the store well stocked and laid out for the holidays, making for an awesome gift shopping experience, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful as well. One of the mangers, Jamie, helped me organize a donation of a Jett tournament chess set to support the PVNCCDSB High School Chess league (which I organize and head). The chess board/set will serve as the grand prize for our upcoming in-person high school chess tournament in February. The students/players could not be more excited! Thank you sincerely F.G.
