If you want to stand at the counter for 5 minutes while everyone behind completely ignores you and speaks in Indian, this is the place for you. Also don't quite understand the point of ordering ahead when you end up waiting just as long as a walk-in. Might want to keep in mind that when people order Cajun fries they also don't want all the seasoning you've got in the store carelessly dumped on them making them inedible and only good for the trash. Oh, also wanted to say thanks for the ice cold burgers. Ever hear of quality control?? Seems to be the norm with this place now. Well, never again.
Food is good, but pls pls pls, do not press “ready” button when mobile order isn’t ready! Imagine if you have diabetes and you plan to use insulin in ur car before entry a public area. Employees need to understand basic English like Thea meaning of word “READY”.
Amazing experience, I tried their bacon cheeseburger and small fries. food was well cooked and juicy. The milkshake was definitely not was I was expecting, being new I enjoyed it. Overall this place, the workers, environment enjoyed every bit of it, will definitely come back and try more of their food.
I love this Smash Burger, the awesome fresh crunchy jalapeños, all the way bacon cheeseburger. Peanuts are free, fries are perfect and abundant and ketchup with containers to fill! I like ketchup, no tetra packs with a teaspoon amount. This place check all my burger boxes ❤️
It been awhile for me and it’s definitely not what it use to be. It’s two guys, I don’t know what they’re saying and where are my fries? Over priced with changes they made.
It has been a long time since I was at a Five Guys restaurant... maybe 10 years? Food was still very good... and munching on shelled peanuts until your order is ready? Different- that hasn't changed one bit! Getting your burger in tinfoil so it stays warm is an excellent idea!
Food is always great, but $76 for two hotdogs, to burgers and some fries is pushing it to insane level. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant for the same price.
