I was in there 2 nights ago on Wednesday December 3rd. There was a lovely young lady cashier who helped me choose a smoothie for my mom who is in the hospital with cancer. The older gentleman working with her at the time came to assist to customize the smoothie and make sure it would taste good for my mom. Both of them were extremely patient, kind and understanding and took their time to make sure I got the product I wanted. 10/10 customer service
had I not eaten here at least I would have accomplished 24hr fast feat.. total rip off.. just walk few steps, for 15 dollars you get a super nice salad at Costco; frankly I started realizing this as I start typing this review..
Not fresh at all… save yourself the trouble and choose another freshii location because this franchise is a mess. The strawberries were rotten on chia pudding and after spending $40 on two drinks two immunity shots and a pudding the manager asked to speak to me on the phone to dispute my ask for a refund and a new smoothie. We talked on the phone for way longer than we should have where she told me the strawberries can’t be rotten… when I told her I won’t be returning she said if that’s the case she can’t do anything for me which is crazy…. she did refund my pudding and had them make me a new drink after fighting me about it… normally if you serve someone rotten food you should own up to your mistake and be apologetic not fight for a $7 refund and a new smoothie.
In this pregnancy all I been eating is freshii and I been to multiple different location and this was far worst experience I had .. Service was not polite but top of that I got a choclate peanut smoothie (which didn't taste like how usually everyone makes for me ) and Buddha bowl was just not nice at all.. This was a good location I used to go during summer and so disappointing the service went bad ( staff members weren't friendly at all today )
I've been to a number of Freshii locations. This one in particular never puts enough sauce/dressing on. I've been disapointed before. Hopefully they change because I like having a Freshii nearby.
Visit of Freshii today Pros - VERY clean and bright inside - large windows with plenty of light - lots of space in the common area and bathroom for wheelchairs (with accessible buttons) - workers are very respectful - food is delicious and healthy Cons - need better labeling for fridge items - small serving sizes - need cushions for the chairs - need table option to sit down and can wait for food Will visit instead of Panera Bread
Watch out for the Pangea bowl. This location makes the top Look very presentable but don’t be fooled like me! Unbeknownst to me - small assortment of toppings with 2.5 cups of rice!!? I take the L here. I will give this location one more chance. Next time, I will ask for LESS rice/more topping & open the bowl before leaving to avoid any disappointment. :)
