Picked up few items, was waiting 10 minutes for payment ( at that time girl said she need few minutes) Nobody took the payment at the end. I leaved the items and leaved without purchasing anything. Not gonna come here. (Only me and another customer was at that moment at the shop)
Went in for some models. The staff were very helpful and helped picked one that was of an appropriate difficulty. They helped with choosing paints that met the paint scheme. The supplies the recommended worked out well and at a reasonable price.
Just purchased the Cr-10 Smart Pro, 3 rolls of filament & the dry box. Jesse and Paige were able to direct me to the right printer and explained the differences between each printer and why this was better suited for me. Jesse took the time to set up the printer and showed me the basics of the printer. I am beyond happy with my experience I have received from these two. Very knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely be back.
This is the second time I've bought a model that wasn't worth half of what I paid. Its like they have a 15 dollar item and slap a 40 dollar sticker on it . Let me explain: I bought a model and when I opened it to examine it one of the rack of pieces had plastic molding flattened all over if as if it was one sold piece, I practically had to chisel all the pieces out, and another rack of pieces was not labeled with numbers. So I was upset when I saw this. I've managed to make the model look pretty impressive.
We have been loyal customers to your group stores and my hubby has a basement full of RC planes, many bought from you. Yesterday we went into your Oshawa store, having read on your website what the Covid protocols were. On the website it states that face masks or face coverings needs to be worn. All that said, hubby, myself and our 10 year old went into your store with face shields on, which has been considered a face covering right throughout the pandemic. One of your young associates took it upon himself to yell at us, for everyone to hear, that we are not allowed into your store with our shields. I have never felt more discriminated against. We are very kind and understanding people, but for a young disrespectful kid to yell at us, instead of walking up to us and discreetly telling us, would have made all the difference. Needless to say we will not be supporting any of your stores anymore. We have always supported local instead of ordering online. What a mistake that turned out to be with your business. You need to train your young staff on power trips a little better.
