DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM SHOWCASE ONLINE!!! The business makes no sense and doesn’t offer any solutions when many are available. Absolutely ridiculous computer service. Why would you not allow online returns to your actual storefront I purchased online and wanted to return and I was informed I would have to PAY for shipping costs back even with there being a local store 15mins from me. Also to top it off when they gave me the shipping address I realized I could also drive there and offered to drop off said package in the EXACT shape they would receive it from a shipper and they said I wasn’t allowed to drop off the package at the warehouse. They just want to have customers waste more money for no reason. Please don’t waste your time, showcase has unfortunately lost a customer. I bought a large item and I can’t waste $40 plus dollars to ship it back. What a waste.
I gave them a call asking about something in stock and the customer service was efficient and very helpful, greatly appreciated the positive attitude and great customer service!
I’m writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the Pokémon Mystery Pack I purchased from your listing that clearly and repeatedly advertises PSA-graded cards. The product description states multiple times that each pack includes a card graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), which is a major selling point and a significantly higher-value grading company. However, none of the cards I received were PSA graded. Instead, they were graded by Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) — a completely different grading company with different market values. This is misleading and false advertising, and it tricks buyers into believing they’re purchasing PSA-graded products when they are not. I purchased this product specifically because the listing guaranteed PSA-graded cards. Receiving CGC cards instead is unacceptable, and I’m extremely disappointed. Please fix this listing immediately to reflect the correct grading company or remove the product entirely. Customers deserve transparency, and this type of misleading marketing needs to stop. Also emailed the PSA company hope they can look into their name being misused
I came in today to purchase a few items for my girlfriend, not only did they have exactly what I was looking for but the entire staff was very helpful! Everyone came together to help out which was the right choice and an overall great experience. Unfortunately I didn’t get anyone’s name except for James but big shoutout to the entire staff for making the my day much easier. 10/10 would recommend!
Their price is triple the regular price, rip off! Not buying here anymore! And their sales associates in oshawa center are not so approachable, I think they are not happy with their job!

A cool store with lots of different things. I was trying to pick up something small. They need my phone number or it would be $20 more to buy... Don't know why that's a thing when it was never before. Not wanting to give my number I just left empty handed sadly.
