I came into this place during a hot day wanting to enjoy Ice cream, the staff was very freindly, and the ice cream was cold and delicous. The unlimited toppings has many good choices.
Do not go to this store. Worst customer service. We visited the store on Aug 10 afternoon. The server, Sajjad, was so rude towards my kids and me. He changed the best time with my kids to the worst experience. Clearly he doesn't want to be there and I have no idea why the owner didn't want to take action with all the other customer's review. We won't go to this place again and I don't want any family to experience what we experienced.
I recently visited Marble Slab, hoping for that nostalgic ice cream shop experience—fun, friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, this location didn’t deliver. The atmosphere felt flat and uninviting, which is disappointing for a place that should be full of energy and joy. To make things worse, the service wasn’t great. The server barely cracked a smile and seemed uninterested in being there. It definitely took away from the experience. On top of that, the ice cream is overpriced for what you get. Ice cream shops should be places you look forward to visiting, but sadly, this one missed the mark.
Brought my family to get ice cream on this hot day. Worst customer service, the gentleman was rude and not very friendly. When my son needed to use the washroom the owner/worker rolled is eyes. The ice cream was good, thats why I gave 2 stars. Won't come back to this location again.
Went in for 2 ice creams I gave the guy $6.25 and asked for the rest on debt I could tell he was in a bad mood as he just had an attitude since we got in the store. He changed me a little extra so I let him know in a completely nice way. He gave me 0.25 back and tossed it at us. I was very stunned. Not happy with that service at all
Threatened not to pay staff after they quit. Took multiple calls to set up meetings and multiple no shows for them to pay out (in cash, as it was clearly under the table). If they're willing to violate labour laws blatantly, likely health and safety is being violated as well.
Updates. Recently we were served by a staff named Sajjad. Terrible experience. The staff were rude and clearly impatient, making us feel rushed and unwelcome. Instead of enjoying our visit, we left feeling uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back.
