Had such a great visit at Booster Juice! The Chipotle Chicken Panini was absolutely awesome—perfectly toasted with just the right amount of spice. I also tried the High Impact Açai smoothie, and it was so refreshing and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and quick, and the place was clean and welcoming. Definitely my new go-to spot for a healthy bite and smoothie fix!
Absolutely amazing service from Akshay at Booster Juice! Every time I stop by, Akshay is on point - friendly, professional, and quick with the orders. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it shows in the way he interacts with customers and the quality of the drinks he makes. He’s got a great attitude, always greets with a smile, and keeps the vibe positive even when it’s busy. My smoothie is always made just right - tasty, and consistent every time. Props to Akshay for delivering excellent service and making each visit a solid experience. If he’s behind the counter, you know you’re in good hands. Used dirty blender to prepare my drink, was working alone but sitting on a stool instead of washing dishes or tidying the disaster that was her counters. Took 12mins for one drink, so don't think it'll be a easy stop even when it's dead. Was my first experience with Booster Juice and a poor one at that. Sorry if this is the "normal" process of things.
Worst customer service! There are always less employee and I have to wait for 15 min just for one drink and some times they didn’t even give proper service like they are always running out for some stuffs.
Review one: (original deleted so now i am editing this one so you can see i reviewed twice) All I wanted was a cup of ice water. i get water all the time in their large size. i asked. the OWNER then was going to give me a small. i asked politely if i could have a bigger size as i was working. he then said he doesn’t give out water and that he was now going to charge me for the small cup. excuse me? i understand to get charged for a bottle of water because of the plastic, but to switch up because i asked for a size bigger? absolutely disgusting. the change of mind? absurd. this place doesn’t care about their consumers at all. LOL This place is a joke. all for some TAP WATER Review two: NOW IM RATING FOR A SECOND TIME. The owner has come into my store after seeing my google review trying to complain about me to my manger. 1) my manager has NOTHING to do with the interaction 2) is this guy going to go up to peoples homes or follow them around the mall because they gave him a bad review? HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. HORRIBLE OWNER. Leave me alone
