Worst customer service. There was a black lady she did not greet properly and had no interest in selling as well m the regular customer but did not get anything this time because of her. She was too rude and did not even answer us back.... do not appreciate that behavior

I went in today with a mission to get some new bras as mine were so so old and due for an upgrade lol (the ones I had before were also from here!) not only is the quality amazing but Dom the store manager is AMAZING!! her customer service, advice, and overall help is the reason why I will never go anywhere else to bra shop, even convinced my mom to come back later on for her own fitting! Whoever Dom’s manager is, Give her a raise! She is phenomenal and truly went above and beyond for me
LOVE LOVE LOVE these bras! They last MUCH longer than any other brand and they have a ton of styles to choose from. Superior quality every time and I've been a customer for years now. I have only ever had one underwrire break through the material in the middle and I've owned at least 9 or 10 different bras from this place. If you have a larger chest, this place is especially a go-to! My only complaint is that the Oshawa store is quite small and the selection isn't as big as a result.
EXCELLENT... Bronwen by far was outstanding with her customer service she truly deep down cared to help me find the perfect fit for a bra and I’ve never loved a bra so much !! She nailed it and she also helped me pick matching underwear and suspenders !!!! The store was closing and she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. That was my first time in your store and not only am I thrilled with your product but Bronwen is the reason why I’ll be back !!!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! As a woman with a small waist and a large chest I loathe shopping for bras. It usually is an all day affair, walking/driving to 4 or 5 different stores trying to find something that fits. At the time of my fitting I was seriously considering getting a breast reduction because I was in a lot of back and neck pain.I walked in and had a bra fitting and was shocked to learn the last place that had done a fitting for me had underestimated my cup size dramatically. The staff were thorough, polite and extremely helpful as they helped me try on all the styles available to me. I've never walked into a store and had more than 2 or 3 choices of bra, and here I could have tried on 20 different styles in my size (36 J). After a week of wearing my new bras my back pain has disappeared! I will never shop for a bra anywhere else.
