Hands down the best place for suits in Oshawa! A special thank you to Nakissa, who always goes above and beyond to ensure that my suit fits exactly the way it should. She has a wealth of knowledge on pairing the right color for the occasion and also the right accessories to pair along with. Whatever the time may be, you are always greeted with warm hospitality from all staff present. Highly recommend this place to any first-time suit buyer or even if you are just adding another one to your collection. Thank you Verano! You guys are truly the best!
Horrendous customer service, got asked if I needed help and told the worker there what I was looking for and she ended up shaming me in the process. Don’t recommend me this store at all to anyone,avoid it at all costs.
Oct 3, 2025 NO REFUNDS!!! I purchased a suit at the Verona store in Oshawa Centre this morning for my teen. Nakissa the customer service rep, was very helpful and kind during our visit. Unfortunately, the smaller size that fit required alterations, but when I took it to the tailor, I was told the spot was too big and the alterations weren’t possible. When I returned to the store, I was only offered an exchange or store credit. Nakissa was nice but she failed to mentioned at the time of purchase that Verona has a no refund policy. I’d like to believe this wasn’t intentional, but it was an important detail that should have been made clear. Since my child is very small, an exchange or credit is of no use to me, and now I’m left with a suit I cannot use. A disappointing experience overall, and a WARNING for others to make sure they are fully aware of the return policy before buying. A great experience turned dramatically BAD. ?
Good selection but horrible customer service. The one bald employee wears joggers and a blazer, a disgrace to the industry. At leasg trh to look like you care lol
Every-time i go here your employee literally works in sweatpants and blazer which is very unprofessional… how can i take advice about suits and colours when he isn’t serious. He looks like a joke and it makes your store look like a joke. Not only that, this last time i went…I had brought my own suit to match the colour for something i was looking for, tell me how your own employee starts using my suit as table, piling stuff on top of my suit knowing its not a table. Get better employees.
I get all my husband's suits here. Rohit was a very patient and knowledgeable customer service representative, he knows just what to say and do to keep us coming back!
Nakissa went above and beyond to help me for my wedding! She perfectly picked out the idea that I had in mind, and the quality of suit was great! Would definitely come back and probably for every occasion now. There aren’t any tailoring services there, but they did recommend one down the street. The variety of colours and styles was nice to see PT.2: Sai helped me out and was quick to help me! He got me suited up and ready to go & leaving stylishly. I trusted his vision and he delivered! Always happy to come back here 10/10!
