I recently purchased crystals from here, I can’t remember the name of it right now but it’s black and jagged. A worker who priced them put this horrific sticky glue/paste on it to glue the price tag, and I was told by a cashier to put my crystals in the fridge to get off the sticky glob. It’s been in the fridge for 3 days and it won’t come off. I’m really upset and disappointed, as I wouldn’t have bought it if she hadn’t told me it’s worked for her before. The crevasses in the crystal are so deep that there is no way I will be able to get it out. I feel like if we are paying an increased price in relation to other stores, this sticky paste shouldn’t ever touch the crystals.
DONT BUY FROM HERE. Overpriced stones and jewelry, most crystals are fakes or are marketed as one thing but are actually another. Had rings and bracelets from them checked by professional gemologists and jewelers and they were found to be either stained glass or cheap agate/quartz. They also sell white sage without educating buyers of its actual origin. Go to oddyssey in pickering. They actually source locally as much as possible.
I want to show my support for this store. Just saw a FB post about this store refusing entry to a maskless couple. This person was begging people to make google reviews for this store so here is mine. As someone who supports mask mandates, and vaccine passports I salute them. Many companies are bending to accommodate these selfish maskless people who believe being 'exempt' makes them invincible. I know nothing of the stores services and merchandise but i will be supporting them from now on. Thank you for standing up to these people who think they can intimidate people into fear.
Cool place with crystals, necklaces, rings and other meaningful items. Knowledgable helpful staff eager to answer questions and provide guidance. Cleansing bowl is a great touch to the whole atmosphere and environment. 5 ***** for uniqueness and style.
