Amazing service, phone broke last night and needed it fixed ASAP, Smart Tech got my phone fixed in less than an hour. Literally the best price in town as I checked 12 other providers of such service.
I am impressed with his skills in repairing laptops. My 4 children and myself have up to 5 laptops that needed repairs. I was skeptical about getting these repairs done because I thought the laptops were a lost case. Smart-Tech was very professional, very efficient and very timely in handling repair of our 5 laptops. He did fantastic work on all 5 laptops....laptops that i had almost given up on because of the extent of damages. And his charges are very reasonable. Thank you so much for your top notch repair services. My family and I are very grateful.
Dealt with Adele. He wanted to buy my iPhone off me. I bought a new one and was ready to sell. He wasted my time and gave me a lowball offer and then when I declined, he got angry at me it wasn’t really nice. It was not a happy experience.
I called to see how much prices is like to get a new battery for my iphone, my boyfriend called the place for me and told me the person who answered the phone said it will cost $30 which I thought it was very cheap. I brought my phone had him changed the battery for me, went to pick up it was $40 LOL So basically if you are a woman and get service you get $10 extra charge just because you are a woman. I didn't want to make a big fuss over $10 and I needed a new battery so I didn't say anything as I thought it was still cheap but left a bitter tasty in my mouth and I will never use the place again. And wanted to make sure other women aware of this, service itself was not bad, and after 1 year my battery doesn't last at all. But I don't know how long those batteries suppose to last so can't comment on that one if anyone else have any idea.
Thank you once again I love my new screen!! It did take a while but about 4 to 5 days I think but after waiting it ended up great I love it! I just wish you hade more phone cases for my phone haha but it is totally fine don't worry to much you did great thank you!!!
I went into the Smart-Tech for getting my battery replaced. Before going there I had to charge my phone and back it up on the Macbook, fingerprint was working. I was told 1 hour to get the battery replaced, and an hour later I got a call, tech told me my phone is not charging and he didn't want to work on it till we told him he could fix that as well. I told him no I am picking up the phone. I took my phone to another place, when they opened up my phone supprise, signs and scratches on the battery and a rip on the wire for fingerprint, oh by the way my phones charging port worked. So i went in to Smart -Tech for a battery replacement and came out needing my battery still and my LCD fixed that they broke and tried to cover up by saying my charging port wasn't working. Which would've costed me $218.00. BIGTIME SCAMMERS. I am still working on this situation. February 15, 2021 I have proof, you did not give me a full refund. As per your request I am not taking this off google review.
Went in to get NEW cell phone battery sold for 25 + tax. Made sure I get a reciept just in case. Sure enough he sells old bad battery. Good news is I got money back. Was another customer there so had too look good in refunding money.?
