I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get anything done to their motorcycle. Greg and Vanessa were great people and great to deal with. As a new (again) rider, safety was my number one priority. I brought my bike here for a safety inspection and they carefully explained what needed to be done. With their knowledge and expertise, I feel confident to be on the road again. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their motorcycle on the road.
I could not be happier with my experience at Pushrod. I took my new to me shadow 1100 (got it in the spring and it definitely needed some tlc) over to them this week after I had done all I could with my knowledge (and I had it running pretty decent). They did a full look over and found some things I suspected needed work but wasn’t sure how to address. Price for the once over & test ride of the bike was more than fair. They found the oil leak I couldn’t find the source of ( rouge engine breather line was disconnected but only spat oil on the highway after a hard ride) and they didn’t even charge me to reconnect it because it was so minor, but assured me it won’t come off again. They gave me a list of recommendations and line by line quote to match via email once they were done. I approved the recommended brake service, front fluid flush and rear brake arm clean, lube and adjust (I knew it was sticky). DAMN is that rear brake smooth as warm butter now!! Riding er home today was an absolute pleasure. I chatted with the tech who rode and went over my bike and mentioned a few of the little things I noticed as I rode it all summer and he gave me a few performance options they could do if I wanted (some of which I had already wanted to do but wasn’t sure if it needed), before I shared what I had felt in it I asked him how it rode and he mentioned the same minor things I’d had felt like a flat spot in the middle of the power band, even though it has great low and high end power. We chatted about my make and model and he let me know what to be on the look out for, very very knowledgeable. I will DEFINITELY be going back to Pushrod. Booking was easy, drop off was flawless, Vanessa was a knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, she was great at communicating the progress of the bike as well as called me and emailed me the recommendations and quote, they squeezed in the brake service for me today so I could still pick up my bike today and enjoy a incredible late October 20 degree ride. I put my bike through it’s paces all the way home and the smilie on my face could not be bigger. PUSHROD ROCKS!!
Big Thanks to the Team at PushRod Performance for giving me a smile that a 2by4 couldn’t knock off my face. They did many upgrades to my 2021 CVO SG which included a performance built Zippers 128 sleeper from the crank up, performance wheels, brakes, and suspension. Customer Service is top notch and second to none! Keep up the great work Greg, Vanessa, Chris, and the co-op student that polished all my SS bolts for the motor. They look great! Again Thanks, Rob
I have nothing but great things to say about Greg and Vanessa at Pushrod. They're in the process of rebuilding my Yamaha Banshee and so far,,,, impeccably impressive work, attitude and performance.
