Bought some paint brushes and had some car trouble while I was here; staff were EXTREMELY helpful and complimentary on all fronts. Definitely recommend for your paint needs.
The employees were rude and screwed up on the paint order recently placed and when I tried to complain, I got rude responses, they refused to help the issue. After trying to talk to someone on the phone, they were always quick to hang up. Terrible service.

Just bought a house go to get paint buy two cans of colour paint that are supposed to be the same take them back to get the correct colour and they tell us that they did all these test and that they are the same. My 10 year old in two seconds of seeing the two cans open said that they were different so why can’t they see it. I thought the customer was always right.now are brand new house has a wall and a half of paint and now we are going to have to go to a different store to purchase the right paint instead of them fixing it. Thanks Benjamin Moore’s North Oshawa. Go to pick up my paint today and asked if they we’re going to fix it he said no and basically threw the two cans of paint at me and said thanks for the review.
I've bought paint from this store on many occasions over the last 20 years. They give good service and can help you choose a colour scheme if you're in need of some ideas. Highly recommend this store.
The stock is seemingly as infinite as the staff's knowledge about paint. I have never left this store unhappy and they always have the answers for my questions. One would think you were talking to Benjamin Moore himself.....if he really exists. You need to put a new colour on your walls this shoukd be your first and only stop in the greater Oshawa area.
Great service. Don't know anything about paint but they sure did. Returned a can no problem, bought more from them. Unsure about pricing, but good quality for sure
