We have been using perfect party event rentals for our friendsgiving events years now. They are always incredibly friendly and helpful and even accommodating to our last minute changes where possible. Highly reccomend!
The manager Karen is pretty rude, fitting name. The hot water boiler I rented didn't work, although I did receive a refund for that, so that was nice. It was still upsetting as I was hosting a large tea party and we had to resort to using a regular tea kettle which took forever to serve people. However, using their website was easy, pick up and drop off was also easy, and prices were reasonable. Cathy was also quite nice to talk to, with prompt email responses.
THIS COMPANY UNDERSTANDS STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. First time in a long time have I seen workers provide this caliber of experience. They were hired from a client (I manage an event space OBJX) and I will be recommending them to all our future clients. From the quality of furniture to the amount of things they have in their catalog...10/10 definitely recommend
We recently rented cruiser tables and covers for my dad’s 60th birthday and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Debbie was incredibly kind, helpful, and made both pick-up and drop-off super easy. Even though we only rented a few items, the quality really stood out. The tables were sturdy and the covers were clean and well-fitted. Everything looked just as described, if not better. It’s clear they take great care of their inventory. They also have a beautiful showroom inside the building, which showcases a wide variety of options for both small and large events. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re planning any kind of gathering. Highly recommend—I’ll absolutely be coming back for future events!
The convenience of renting online, picking up and dropping off was efficient. Price point was attractive as well. However, the quality and condition of the chairs rented were not satisfactory. They were old and fairly used looking. They had definitely been used outside, and not cleaned properly. They were white chairs and the dirt and older condition they were in due to previous use was very obvious. They were rented for an indoor bridal shower and I was not happy with the condition at all. One of the chairs collapsed randomly and another refused to fold when putting it away. Unfortunately pick up was only two days before my event and I did not have time to find alternatives and figure out pick up and delivery with another vendor. I'm sure this company has good products as I chose them based on other reviews but beware of what you're ordering and check the condition before making your purchase as it's final once you place your order online. Update: I was pleasantly surprised by the phone call I received promptly to discuss my concerns. Perfect Party Rentals agreed to help remedy the issue to some degree. I respect and value a company that takes feedback seriously and works to resolve it to mitigate future issues. I've adjusted my rating from one star to a 3 star as a result. What would have either prevented the original post or lower rating would have been advanced knowledge or disclaimer of the chairs condition before renting online for my event. This way buyer can make a decision as to whether to rent or not. Thank you Perfect Party Rentals for adjusting my bill.
So easy to order online what we needed for our little reception. Everything was packaged and waiting for us on our pick up day bright and early. Will absolutely be ordering from Perfect Party Rentals for any party needs.
Have used them for the past few years for large family events - Christmas & Easter - their website is extremely user-friendly and everything can be done online or over the phone if you need expert answers to your questions. Best aspect is the use and return nature of this service. Scrape plates, dump glasses and put linens back in the red bag and return....simple as.
