I was at store today with my family and my wife picked my sons costume and I took it to cash. I was told it’s final sale I understood and pis then notice it was adult size not kids size so the manager came and agreed to exchange. Then I was passed to another cashier who said I have to pay for kids size since it’s final sale. I asked to exchange since I had not even left the cash register. She refused I called manager who was kind to do it. Then the cashier would just not stop and kept passing comments and used f word while I was standing quite and wanted to pay and go. The manager and every one didn’t support me though I am customer and the cashier laughed at me while I was being insulted. Never felt so insulted in my life. Even when I am about to leave she kept passing comments. Horrible customer service was my go to store but this is the last time I would go . I wish I recorded it so I had proof to post here
Party City has a great selection and is super convenient for last minute needs. I found most of what I needed in one trip. The store can feel a bit disorganized, and staff are helpful but clearly busy. Prices are a little high for some items, and online orders aren’t always reliable. Overall, it’s a solid option.
Pretentious owner has zero idea how to take ownership of their own problems and consistently lacks lustre with client services. This wasn’t on one occasion either and I tend not to complain in general. I wouldn’t recommend based on product availability not syncing with online capabilities and the awful attitude that should have self corrected in their early teenage years. Good luck.
The service is not up to par for example went in to get an arrangement of balloons the balloons were great but very slow service and thats shocking as I was the only one in the store at that time and still there was 4 staff that I noticed and help was very much delayed overall not bad experience but great place if you have time to wait
Anyone that gives my son something free while I shop gets more points any day. A free and he was in mini heaven, thank you to the manager at Party City Oshawa(can't remember his name but I recall he was training new hires earlier that day). Kudos!
Great place to buy all your party, birthday, event needs. There is loads of balloon choices.Assorted candy. All your supplies that you could possibly need can be found here. Great costumes for kids and adults as well.
Decent place with good party supplies. The store is well maintained, shelves are well stocked, well organized and clean. The employees are helpful and attentive, we have been here for many birthday setups and they have never steered us wrong. Halloween is awesome here, their selection is second to none and just taking a browse can turn into some fun times. Not too expensive, lots of great helium balloon options
