They are very knowledgeable, pleasant and understanding of most scenarios! I always enjoying going in there! My flying friends love their food!⬛
Nice place to shop for all of your 'bird', pet, garden or other household needs. They curbside pickup too. The only issue I would say, the store location needs some branding effort. Having said that, ppl would knows needs them will find them out! Roughly 7/8 parking sports are there too.
Excellent well stocked store with things you dont see anywhere else Prices are a bit on the high side and some not marked But all in all a very nice store
First time visiting the store. Lots of nice items and reasonable prices. Lots to choose from. My issue was with the staff. I'm not saying they were rude in anyway but I felt like I was not welcomed. The sub par friendliness seemed forced and unatural. Next time I'll be visiting the Pickering location.
Store promises curb side pickup for bird seed within 1 hour. did not hear from them. Order says to email with concerns or inquires on orders, which I did and no reply. Don't make promises you cant keep.
What a cute store! Lots of neat items and all you could want when it comes to bird supplies. Staff were very friendly, knew their products and what would be best suited for what we were after.
Great & knowledgeable staff. Lots of gift & garden ideas as well as a great selection of bird feed.
