Ordered a large pizza at 5:30… an hour later no pizza… called and they told me they had not received my order, yet money was already taken out of my account. I then had my order taken again and was told 15 minutes, 40 minutes later… no pizza. I called again and was told it would be ANOTHER 30-40 minutes. Never again, can’t recommend.
I ordered through the skip the dishes app and there was a mistake in the first delivery. I called the store location and they were extremely welcoming to the informatiin and offered to send extras and redo the pizza with no troubles whatsoever and they were here within 20 minutes again. The pizza is absolutely delicious and I will definitely order again some great service!
Pizzaiolo is probably my favourite pizza chain. I used to order from them all the time when I lived in the city. After moving to a town with no locations, I haven’t eaten from the chain in about 5 years. Recently, I was in Oshawa and introduced Pizzaiolo to two of my cousins. One of them has already made it their preferred pizza delivery. My personal favourites from their vegan menu are the Maggie, the Super Funghi, and the Vittoria. Delivery from this location always shows up hot and fast. Highly recommend this spot for delicious, reliable pizza every time.
Just grabbed a pizza from pizzaiolo earlier and wow, it was amazing! The pepperoni and bacon were cooked to perfection and super delicious. The crust had a great texture, nice and crispy, which held up well under all those toppings. It's clear they don't skimp on ingredients here, which is always a plus. Each bite was just packed with flavor, making it super satisfying. Honestly, this pizza is a must-try. If you're craving something hearty and delicious, this is the way to go. I might have even finished the whole thing in one sitting – it was that good!
This Pizzaiolo location never disappoints! Their pizzas are hands-down the best! But what truly sets this Pizzaiolo apart is their exceptional customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, from friendly, welcoming staff to thoughtful gestures of appreciation that go above and beyond. It's rare to find a place that gets both the food and the experience right. Thank you for consistently being so awesome! We will continue to recommend this location as it is truly the best in all of Durham Region.
Very inconsistent...... today it was terrible, the last times were never this bad. It almost seems like every time I go in it gets worse. Barely any cheese, doesn't cover the pizza at all. I don't get it....
Pizzaiolo has been one of my go to spots in the city for good accessible Pizza and this location and the staff on this particular day went above and beyond, they called me to confirm the time frame after placing the order and held up to it, not to mention even threw in a dip and offered me slices that they were going to throw away! Over amazing experience and I would recommend highly to the customers in Oshawa!
