So happy with these guys. Nothing like having your mother in law for a visit and having a major blockage in your stack with the toilet backing up into the bathroom sink and tub. And of course it happened on a Friday night. Saturday We called 3 local emergency 24/7 plumbers. 2 told me they would get a plumber to call me back and that never happened, and the other couldn't come until Sunday. 5 hours of waiting and I reached out to friends who recommended the plumbing doctor. Though they were out of a different city I gave it a shot. Eric called me back in 5 minutes and told me he would be here in 40. Broke down the cost over the phone and he was here in 30. Got right to work and 90 min later we had working plumbing. He explained everything in a manner we understood and was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt very confident in his work. Just over $400 with tax. Some may think that's a lot of money but he was worth every cent. Considering travel and overtime being a Saturday I was very happy. I saw some reviews upset they didn't clean the mess. I'm sorry the last thing I would expect would be for him to clean our waste. Plus why would I want to pay extra to have him clean. Got the job done and I could handle the rest. Thanks to Eric and The Plumbing Doctor for saving the day!!!
