Went to the torrid store at the oshawa mall about 2 weeks ago and I got the best service. Both the employees working there that day very helpful. The main person helping did great. I got the right size. I was there for like an hr and tried like 5 different styles. I would go back there again
Nope! I'm done with this store location! This is the third time I've had the worst customer service ! The first two times I let it go, because I didn't want to be that person. This time, I'm done. I've worked in retail and I know how challenging working with the public can be, and i try to give everyone the benefit of maybe they were having a bad day, maybe the person before me was awful, however when it's more than 1 staff member that has a bad attitude, it's either management doesn't care, or management doesn't know. Even though I'm trying to shop only Canadian, I also know the impact of Canadian workers working in US affiliated stores and I take that into consideration, but if your going to be rude to me, than regardless of being a Canadian or US store...I'm not going to shop there.
I received really good service on my visit today, the employee helping me was Christina. She has been the only one so far who has been the most helpful in getting me properly measured for my bra size. 10/10 would recommend
Staff was great!! This low star rating is for Torrid’s manufacturing. I went in to purchase jeans and was horrified at the smell! This may be an issue with the dye but they should not be on the shelves! In a world where more and more individuals are sensitive to strong smells Torrid needs to go back to their manufacturers and let them know this is not ok!! It’s a put off for me to shop any of your products because I am now questioning your quality.
I was helped by Christina who made it so fun and enjoyable! I was in dire need of shoes but finding ones that fit comfortably for my feet is usually near impossible...until now! They have cute, comfortable footwear in actually wide widths! Coupled with the lovely sales associates and it was an absolute pleasure to shop there!
I havnt been able to find a bra that fits me since having my son 6 months ago. I had the best experience with Molly at the Oshawa Center location. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel the most confident and comfortable in a bra that actually fit my body. I will be back !
Hmmm. Usually this store is awesome. Today I am reminding myself that everybody in the store just worked the holiday season and would really rather be at home and they all deserve a break. The customer service was lacklustre and apathetic. Again, this store USUALLY is top notch.
