Leanne DiLeva found us fantastic tenants! 3 months after moving in we've had to proceed with an eviction through the Landlord Tenant Board. An eviction from the the LTB wasn't enough, we've had to use the services of a sheriff to pull this family or of our home.A refund would be nice!It gets better, the eviction order which had to be upheld by a sheriff was "stayed". The sheriff was on the door step to pull these people out of my home and the LTB awarded these scum bags a review of their eviction order.Complete joke!I wouldn't recommend Royal Heritage Realty or Leanne DiLeva.
