Wilson's replaced our 14yr old roof after being quoted by our Insurance's go to roofer that would have only covered part of our roof after a storm. We called Wilson's after the storm as they had replaced our Gazebo roof last year. They came when they said, did a 2nd check and made sure our temporary tarp would suffice until the roof was replaced. They did a great job cleaning up as roof replacing is a messy & dirty job. They use quality shingles and galvanized steel air vents (squirrels can't chew thru or raccoons rip off, most roof vents are plastic) The only reason I had to give 4 stars was the fact some of our plants got kindatotaled because plywood protecting gardens weren't used. So if you hire Wilson's or any roofer ask this question to prevent this issue. Would recommend or use Wilson's again.
Wilson Roofing is the best in my opinion. Like 100's of others, our roof was affected by the high winds on Friday with the lose of many shingles. We returned home from vacation to find shingles scattered all over the lawn. Called them Fri and left message with answering service. Trina at Wilson's called back Sat. Knowing l was upset she very patiently managed to calm me right down and assured me the approaching rain would cause no damage. She said they were extremely busy but would get someone out as soon as possible. They were at our house 11:00 Sunday morning. Customer Service at it's best! Thank you Trina! Marsha
After the wind storm I was unable to get anyone to return my calls about fachia metal missing from my home and the companies I did contact said the job was too small at this time to send anyone out. One call to Wilsons was returned promptly, they came to check colour required and came to fix it faster than expected. Amazing customer service and workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.
Just witnessed 2 guys who work for Wilson roofing, stop at a LCBO, get out, cat call a bunch of underage girls, told them to come with them in the Wilson truck, and hangout while going to rib fest. Reminder. If youre working for a company while driving their vehicle, and wearing their gear, you might want to act a bit more professional. Swearing every other word isnt ideal. Looked like the kid had buck teeth and the other one a neck tattoo. Grow up.
Outstanding company, everything on time and on budget as planned. Excellent crews and very well trained and polite staff. Jeff Wilson was able to get me a shingle that was a little harder to get but well worth it for us. The crew worked on one of the hottest days in years, over 40c with humidex and did an outstanding job. First class company and crews, Dave the crew leader is awesome.
