Great store super nice staff. Went in to trade some gold bullion for a diamond ring I liked and got better price then anyone else around and came out with a nice 14k diamond ring and a bit of cash. Super happy
Took some silverware here that we had already researched and knew was real silver and the guy who "helped" us didn't even test them. Just said they weren't real and told us we should have done our research (which we did). Not sure if it was because we were young women but we felt rushed out and plain disrespected. Went to Trader Joe's instead and got great service and a great price. Don't waste your time here
The bigger dude that works here doesn’t know what he’s talking about when it comes to Sterling silver. Tried telling me my Birks Flatware wasn’t worth anything. Even with the Sterling stamp
Had a Sony speaker that costed $305 after taxes called and they wanted it for $50-60 tryna tell me that at Best Buy it’s around $200 so I’m only getting $50-60 a whole scam right here I was only ask for $100
Went in with some very expensive good quality instruments. They offered 70$ for both, either they have no idea what was being offered or they are completely trying to rip people off, I do not recommend to anyone. I did my research and I was taking a huge loss already at 500$ don't waste any time Here. They are thieves trying to profit off people they think may be in need of cash, I am so disgusted with this interation.
Had some time to burn so went in to check it out. Great selection of items for good prices, clean and well organized. Grabbed a game and chatted with the employees, both great guys.
I love this place, been coming here for tools for 2 years. Craig is so polite and accommodating, I drove from Toronto to support them during covid. Great service and selection. Price are very fair. I come for Hilti and dewalt mostly but there's plenty of others. Keep up the great work guys.
