Hi, I had a very bad experience with my uber shawarma order. I customized it with no pickles, but they still added them. The chicken doesn’t look properly cooked, it’s salty, and it smells bad too. I’ve called 7 times and no one is answering. If you’re not able to provide good food, please don’t serve it to customers.
I order 5 shawrma they charge me 56 and when I told the you put the add there for 6.99 they said it is small shawerma wich it doesn't say anything about small

Very disappointed with the customer service. We reached the store at 10:40 PM, well before closing time at 11 PM. Everything we needed was already available, but the staff told us they were "finished" and refused to help. It felt like they just didn’t want to assist us because it was close to closing time. If the store is open until 11, customers should be served until then. Poor attitude and very unprofessional. Won’t be coming back.
Absolutely loved this shawarma spot! The food was incredible—full of flavor, fresh, and the portions were huge (you definitely get your money’s worth!). What really stood out though was the gentleman working behind the counter. He was unbelievably fast, yet still took the time to make each order with care. You could really tell he put love into every wrap he made. On top of that, he was so kind and attentive—just made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you're looking for great food and even better service!
The first time ordering from this place, the worst food I've ever had. Not fresh at all, the lamb/beef was burned and hard as rocks, maybe 7 pieces In total, the halloumi cheese tasted horrible squeeked, rice and fries under cooked. I called to let them know about my experience, no apology said he was looking into it never got back to me. Would not recommend this place!
This place used to be good. Now its garbage. There is a funny weird taste to the chicken shawarma. The pita is always torn so it doesn't hold together. Instead of grilling just the pita, they wrap it up for then grill it, which steams everything inside. Will never go back.
