Had a terrible experience dealing with this Fast signs location. So many missed or late appointments from the very beginning. Very poor communication. Our scrim banner was ready early in the process but when they came for the installation they didn't have the proper equipment for install. As a result the winter weather then hit we had our opening for our new location with no front signage. Their was 0 communication when they would come for installation. 6 weeks later I get an email asking if I can provide additional payment towards my invoice due to a cash flow shortage they were experiencing! Per the original agreement a 50 percent deposit was required before production which was promptly paid and the remaining balance upon completion of the project. After trying to communicate and getting 0 responses I had given up and then of course they finally reach out asking for money meanwhile the project was yet to be finished. On good faith I paid another half of what the remaining balance was and said that I would not pay any more until the project was finished and the banner installed. Their still seemed to be nothing but poor excuses and 0 care or concerns for not having communicated or having had the project completed by the original agreed upon date. Upon install of the front signage banner I informed it was sloped to one side and not tight and taught. I was basicly dismissed and told they used a laser so it should be fine then was told they could not fix it as it would create more holes in the building. A few weeks later they reached out to request the remaining balance as I figured they eventually would but even with mention of the signage being sloped and how it has been a frustrating process from beginning to end they deflected and ultimately suggested I have been a difficult customer. Knowing what you want and having it completed in a timely manner without error and being meticulous about details does not mean someone is a difficult customer. They complained about having to work around our renovation work being completed but meanwhile they dont acknowledge that they were late or rescheduled so many days and times that if they had kept the original days and times that would not have been the case. We negotiated 500 off the final invoice but I will still have to have pay another company to come remove and adjust the front signage so it sits straight. It is entirely embarrassing the amount of customers who let us know our banner isn't straight and we are facing a main road. What is crazy to me is they knew that alot of work being done was temporary until the summer weather comes for our permanent window prints ect to be installed. They would have had our guaranteed business for another easily 15 plus k worth of work but completely dropped the ball and had no customer satisfaction concerns so we have glady taken our business elsewhere. They said they felt their many 5 star reviews speak for themselves in their email response to me so I am making it a point to leave the 1 star review our experience has been. I will also add they are much more expensive then other signage companies now that I have hired a new company who stand behind their work.
Thank you Bert and Fastsigns for helping us out in a pinch, we couldn't track down an old A Frame sign we needed for a Charity golf tournament, and in typical fashion we realized this at the last possible minute. Thanks again for the quick turn around time and an incredible sign!
Absolutely amazing, I reached out to Bert for some boat decal I needed, he was kind, helpful and very professional. Guided me through every step and the product looked amazing and even walked me through application! It was a seamless process, his shop was really nice inside as well, he clearly cares about his work. I would and plan to recommend him for any job, you can't teach this kind of customer service.
Delivered exactly has defined at a very reasonable price and in a timely fashion. In this current world of strained supply chains and unavailable service operators, it was a breath of fresh air that Bert at Fast Signs delivered as promised.
