OMG horrible horrible horrible... the girl who did the threading on me cut me in so many places I am so disappointed. I had a function to attend the next day and everyone noticed the cuts all over my face. Waxing felt like the lady didnt know what she was doing. I have been to other place for the same treatments but I have never felt so much pain. I would not recommend this place. when you call them they dont even answer there phone.
Terrible service and want to charge you more when purchase off of Groupon. Put all the ownice on Groupon rather than allow new customer to redeem the full value of their certificate. Rude, not personable and no idea of how to work their own computer to book appointments. Do not go here!
The hot stone massage was great at loosing up my sore back. The facial was unlike any I have had and my skin and neck look so healthy. I even purchased a gift certificate on my way out as a Birthday gift for someone.
I went to the spa on a Groupon a purchased with my sister. The reception was a bit cold. My facial started off very pleasant, until she applied a mesh cloth as part of the facial. She then started to cut out the mouth portion and ended up cutting my lip in the process. I didn't receive an apology or any other compensation for my busted lip. I might consider going back but DEFINITELY would not have this lady perform my service again. She was a mature dark haired lady. The younger lady who did my hot stone massage was excellent.
Love this place for waxing. Quick, no-nonsense in and out. No ambiance..just get the job done and be on your way. That's what I want when having a Brazilian.
