While I've had good experiences in the past this time not so much. We bought a basic flip phone and prepaid year for our son for his first phone. So we had to drive to port Perry to get the phone is our location didn't have one. When we checked the phone before we wrapped it it had someone else's contacts and pictures on it. So it was not a new phone which it was supposed to be. So now I have to wait 6 days til they can get another phone shipped to this location and it's not even guaranteed that it Will be new. I am beyond pissed off, as I drove for it the first time now have to wait a week for no guarantee and nothing offered in compensation after wasting my time and money.
Absolutely incredible service. Farzan is so good at his job. He helped me, but what stood out is how he helped all the other customers, he was making jokes, so kind and thorough and it was clear he knew them. Thats a man who embraces his community and loves his job. Highly recommend.
I visited the courtice location today and I believe his name was Josh he was amazing I only had 45 min to cancel my one account get a new phone on my corporate account great customer service with not only myself but with everyone that came in he was by himself he spoke to everyone and just handled it very well he definitely deserves 5 stars for his amazing work ethics and efficiency ! Thank you for your time and getting everything done for me on my lunch break !
Always an amazing experience at this Location. The manager is exceptional, he's honest, informative and wants to help everybody that comes into the store. There will be wait times so expect that, be patient. It's worth it!

I really can’t thank Farzan enough for all of his help, support and the exemplary customer service he displayed and continues to provide in any situation. He goes far above and beyond his job duties and that’s still and understatement. I would recommend anyone to Farzan at his Telus/Koodo location in the Kingsway Village plaza (1300 King st. east) for any and all of your cell phone needs in the future. Even if you have to travel a little further to this location, it’s certainly worth the time and effort to visit him there as his care and customer service far surpasses anyone else I’ve dealt with in this industry in the past. A 5 star rating doesn’t even seem adequate. He deserves 10 stars but going above 5 wasn’t an option. So please go and see Farzan in the Kingsway Village plaza, you won’t regret it.
