So yesterday I called the shop looking for winter tires hoping for a miracle :) the gentleman on the phone was kind helpful and was able to fit me in tonight. I just gotta say all around amazing experience everyone was kind, friendly and a great atmosphere. I pulled my Jeep in and they guys got right to work, amazing to watch them work in such tandem together. Thank you guys for your hard work and passion in what you all do. I highly recommend the shop it’s like you’re walking into a friends place. Thank you guys for pulling all the stops for not only new tires but great price also. Merry Christmas
Just got brand new winter tires installed from Durham tires... The guys are super hardworking who get the job done right. Prices were the best I found in the area. Don't let the rough exterior fool you! Give them a try
The hostess women on Saturday well so rude my husband was always a customer he passed away so I kept up his legacy and still went there till Saturday past that women at the desk was very rude jthe workers of that place are so great but her omg she should not be there i went elsewhere
They have great prices and amazing service. I received two pre-owned rear tires for my Mazda 6. It passed the safty and it drives great. I would recommend Durham Tire to all my family and friends. Thank you for your time. Take care.
A little issue they caused during seasonal tire changeover but no need for details because that is not the point of this review. Bottom line they took accountability and made it right and that’s all we can ask for. Nobody should expect perfection. Based on this I would recommend them!
These guys were great. Ordered my tires on Saturday, got them first thing Monday morning. Barely any wait and I was in and out. Highly recommend. Second review many months later, which never happens, every time I use this company I am beyond happy. They are kind, knowledgeable and lead you in the right direction. HIGHLY recommended. I have never given anyone a second review but these guys deserve the praise. Thank you again.
I really don’t know how on earth they got 4 stars. The guy refused the change my winter tires because he wanted me to buy his tires for $750+tax. I went to four other places before this guys and they all were fully booked for the next two weeks. No wonder I didn’t see any customer’s.
