The transit is great and affordable however the parking is a huge problem, I spent 20 minutes driving around the parking lot looking for a spot, and nearly missed my train. The tellers were also rude and condescending.
Nice and clean!! Yes it is under construction but looks to be moving along quickly.
The tellers here are ALWAYS rude. They never have a smile on their face and their looking for any possible way to shut you down or tell you that youre wrong. I have tried going to all three of them and each one has been impolite. Also when all three of them are chatting to eachother NOT serving anyone and your standing in line waiting, they do not care whatsoever. Why keep employees like this somewhere that customer service is valued? What are you doing GO?
Absolutely no parking spaces, we missed our train and had to drive to Whitby to find a spot to park. Totally shameful. Fix this!
I arrive an hour early and still can't find parking main parking lot & overflow is totally full and I keep driving around looking for a spot missing trains that I am supposed to catch. Otherwise the train ride itself is a great way to get into Toronto.
