The parts department is hands down the best. When you are in a jam, all you need is someone to take your worries seriously because a down truck mean a lost of revenue. Tristan and all the other guys in Parts make having a truck down a lot less stressful. They go above and beyond to make sure I have the parts I need in a timely manner. Super knowledgeable and nice to talk too . The front receptionist was great and accommodating and your first point of contact . They have something good going here . With 20 years of dealership experience, I can honestly say they are on the road to do great things here :)
After 2 different mechanic shops failed attempts I brought my truck in to the shop here and was able to get diagnosed and the problem solved. I highly recommend you bring your truck in for a proper diagnosis and repair work from a qualified team of professionals who were able to walk me through the steps and to the finish line getting my truck back to work. I called Friday afternoon and they were able to take me in right away. A1 Service with a smile!
Firstly, I would like to explain my rating; I was quoted $199.00 per hour, with a two hour charge to do an alignment on my 2016 Ford F550 dump truck. To the best of my math skills, that is $398.00 (400) plus tax. In the morning I was told a part needed to be adjusted and that would be an extra hour charge, $199.00 more. Equaling $597.00 plus taxes of course. I went to pick up my truck to a surprise addional "shop cost" of $110.00! The explanation I received was that it's charged to everyone for software updates and various equipment upkeep. Last time I checked, that is part of the $199.00 shop charges. If you have additional charges like this nonsense, should you not inform your customers or put a sign up? A simple alignment of said truck $956.83 Absolutely ridiculous
Needed a last-minute replacement blue gladhand on my truck because mine broke while picking up some playground equipment at a shop down the road on December 22nd. The guys at Premier were incredibly helpful when I showed up, found me a new gladhand and even offered to swap it out with the broken one for me so that I could get back to my trailer and on the road. Super thankful for the help and awesome customer service!
I was hit, and the other driver broke my headlight (oos). There were no signals they went above and beyond to find me a replacement and get me back on the road...
