Terrible place to get a vehicle. Got a vehicle 3 months ago for it to have issue after issue and no help from the dealership. Dont buy a vehicle from here.
Safety’s unsafe vehicles with air bag lights on says they will refund you for parts you had to buy to fix (should have been done before safety) then ignores your calls and doesn’t get back to you also the misfiring engine, mechanics have zero clue what they are doing not to mention what a wreck the inside of vehicle was when picked it up still old receipts in the glove box from previous owner whole place is a wreck .
Got a vehicle from them that had damages not originally shown and the shop that did the safety caused irreparable damage to engine and used a bandage repair to fix it, car has continued to have issues and dealer agreed to take it back and give me a vehicle i wanted. Its been over a month of non returnd calls and emails. They currently have the vehicle on the lot i wanted and have yet to call me. I would stay away from this place.
Bought a car on Jan 5 23 was sold to me certified drove the car home to Peterborough and engine light came on and car was pulling to the left took it back next day they had to replace tie rods [which should not have passed safety] told me catalyst converter was replaced 2 months ago and they didn’t know why light was on,reset it I’m guessing by the time we got to Ptbo check light was back on called them and almost 2 weeks now nobody has returned my call took it to a mechanic and they said it was oxygen sensor,had it fixed out of pocket this should not of past safely either have called Toronto auto group headquarters hopefully they will help me! This car was bought from Need a Car in oshawa
