Really friendly and helpful place. They were able to find me winter tires for my price range. Friendly customer service and they were able to fit me into the schedule and took care of my car. Highly recommend this shop.
My mom and I visited this shop for what we believed would be a simple single winter tire replacement. After the service, the tire caused noticeable shaking while driving. We returned to let them know about the issue, but we were told the tire was fine. For clarity, we went to another shop for a second opinion. We were informed that the tire we had received was not a winter tire, appeared to be from 2009, and seemed previously used. Based on that information, we politely asked for a refund, but the situation became more difficult than we expected, and the request was not accepted. I’m sharing this to describe our personal experience. I recommend that anyone considering service here double-check the parts they receive to ensure they match what they expect.
sorry if u don’t like the review. today i went t o the store they said they don’t have used tyres, it is ok if they don't have. i asked for new winter tyre price they quoted out of market price very expensive. here comes the twist they advice not to by used tyres they kept the board as we sell used tyres also - if they don’t have a used one they simply say dont waste u r money on use one lol
Used this location previously and had to wait while the staff all sat around drinking coffee chatting with others (despite me having confirmed my service time). I was very patient and went on my way. Even sent them additional business. Called today after leaving a message a while ago with zero reply. The owner was SO RUDE AND CONDESCENDING! Clearly because I was a woman. I’ve very well versed in how tires work (from bolt size to the rubbers themselves / profiles etc). He was just absolutely disgusting to speak to even when I had exact details. Heaven forbid I asked a question to confirm something!! He short of called me a moron! Would NEVER recommend ANYONE USE THIS PLACE - unless of course you have zero self respect - then have it. It’s 2025 buddy. We aren’t all ignorant like you.
Great service, helped me last minute with a tire change. Very kind and great customer service, they saw that I was scared and nervous about not having the proper tire to drive on and helped me right away.
