Like Kimberly, when I started going there they forced me to leave my big purse at the door. It's filled to the brim like most ladies purses are and I've never stole or broken the law in my life. I'm a senior & use a small cart as a walker to carry my purse due to spinal arthritis,SI joint arthritis,knee arthritis,lupus & my mobility scooter having the batteries stolen. I meet my adult,severe developmentally disabled,nonverbal,self injurious autistic son at the mcds there weekly with his care home staff & I'd stop to buy him snacks. I quit last year. I even took him in there with staff to prove I wasn't some homeless thief. Just a senior mom disabled with a disabled son I spoil with snacks.
I go there alot and I can usually find what I need, but sometimes I feel they are watching me like I'm going to steal something. After 8 years of going there, I feel I've earned the respect that I'm not going to shoplift ( I've never shoplifted ever in my life. ) Other than that 97% percent of the time I can find what I want in the store and the customer service people are always pleasant .
They don’t honour the prices on items. Realized I was over charged for items. Asked for refund and was short changed. They refunded the prices on display but not what was overcharged.
The worst customer experience that I ever had in my life.Whoever is running this store, please do teach your employee the basic manners.I do regret for paying a visit to this store.
