Was new to this so called Boba, drink was good I ordered the Milk Tea with pearls. Only thing is when I did come to this place like a few days ago, is the uniform policy… There were two girls and one of the girl was wearing a jacket, which seems very unhygienic, as she would use her sleeve to wipe countertop, and also shake with sleeves down.
this place is amazing!! we come here so often and our orders are nearly identical everytime. the workers are young but so efficient and always attentive to customers, and they also remember our orders from time to time, which makes the atmosphere more welcoming to regulars. their taro slush (heavy sugar) with brown sugar pearls is wonderful!!
We've tried many coco locations but this location by far is the best in terms customer service and the quality of drinks. An awesome employee named Jasmine is the main reason why we started coming to this location faithfully because of her our experience with coco has always been at its finest. She's a great leader! Thank you Jasmine!
My family and I have been coming here at least 4 times a week for the past few years. Aside from it being the best bbt in Oshawa. The staff is truly what sets this location apart. They are welcoming, very thoughtful, and efficient. Would like to make mention of Chen, Jasmin, Kyla, Erika, and Don. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 20+ years. Customer service is stellar here! 12/10. And thank you for getting rid of the terrible paper straws. :)
This location was amazing, the staff was friendly and kind. Prior to this I was in line to have my order taken and one of the customers was very rude and and un cooperative as the staff couldn't make a drink because of missing ingredients and policy for the menu they have. The customer made the environment un safe especially for my kids and other customers trying to get a drink. The staff was also receiving push back, but handle the situation with proper care and professionalism which I praise them for. Overall I appreciate the staff.
I always stop here after going to oshawa centre mall. Staff is always very nice to my kids and drinks are consistently good. I usually get the 3 guys or taro sago. Can't go wrong when you're craving bbtea
I understand wanting to greet customers as they come into the store but when a customer is placing an order and the person behind the counter interrupts to say “welcome to Coco!” every single time it gets highly distracting. I placed and order and they got a rush so I was interrupted 9 times while placing my order. Maybe it’s time to rethink this. Edited my review for my latest experience. I had to say my order over and over again. The lady taking it wasn’t understanding. When I got my order, I got to the car and it wasn’t correct. I took the 2 drinks that were wrong back in so they could be fixed and I was told that I have to pay for all new drinks on a mistake that wasn’t on me. So in total I bought and paid for 6 drinks, but only drink 4 of them. Very disappointed that I had to pay for an error! Can’t say I will return to this store location.
