Would not recommend the owners are cheap having 1 person work during peak time and taking forever and the employee does the in-store ordering first and if you pay at cash several others orders will be done before you, be prepared to wait 30mins for 1 drink
It was a great experience to visit this place. Very accommodating and they have a best customer service that exceeds our expectations. Highly recommended this place, especially this branch

The quality of their bubble tea is exceptional, and the staff are consistently knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I always order a pearl milk tea/ roasted milk tea and it’s so weird I can neveeeeeer taste any tea in my drink at THIS specific location. It just taste like sweet flavored milk Something is off they’re definitely not making the drinks accurately. I hope this review is seen and they go over some training again just to resolve this issue
ordered brown sugar pearls, received regular pearls since the taste of the tapioca was rllly bland, tasted nothing like brown sugar pearls. Called store, and Staff didnt know how to deal with issue, so we waited for the manager. then staffed called us back, told us that we were WRONG since the manager checked the camera on how the drink was made and they were sure that they put the brown sugar tapioca in, and the customer was wrong in the taste. Then the staff said that since we ordered the drink w no sugar, thats y the tapioca was bland. Im like . the brown sugar pearls is made separately mixed w brown sugar, and the drink itself can be added w extra sugar or the sugar of the drink can be adjusted since the drink has a separate sugar level set. You cant blame like that. since we made an order on ubereats, the staff told us to get the refund from uber. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, esp on BLAMING CUSTOMERS. SLOW IN RESPONSE. staff were not trained properly on how to handle w complaints and customer. EXTREMELY Disappointed.
Best Chatime I have ever been to! The staff was so sweet and helpful. Usually, the Chatimes I go to I'm not greeted and the service is basic- which is okay but this location was just the best. Overall, it was very clean and welcoming!
I visited around 5 PM and they had only one person servicing all customers and took me over 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks. Please keep 3 people there specially afternoon. That's not fair for employees and for customers.
