Came here the night of Thanksgiving and there were only two staff - even though the store was busy the male worker with glasses was very kind and was rushing to help everyone. Very friendly worker even under lots of stress. Definitely recommend this location!!
Yesterday evening, we passed by to grab bubble tea for the first time. The lady staff voice is so soft and so friendly. Both of the staff are very enthusiastic and patient in helping us to choose the drink. The music vibes brings lots of energy. Definitely come back next time!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this establishment. The bubble tea is the best in the area, and the customer service and ambiance are quite pleasant. I always recommend the brown sugar latte.
Coco Fresh Tea & Juice has a great selection of drinks, and the flavours are always refreshing. Some drinks could use a little more customization, but overall, it’s a solid spot for bubble tea lovers.
This bubble tea place is hidden inside, not on the street side, so it was hard to find. When we went, there was only one person serving us, but she was helpful and patient with everyone. Coco is one of my go-to places for bubble tea because they offer different promotions every month. We tried the mango milk tea, which was on promotion, but surprisingly, my favourite was the honeydew smoothie. I also loved the pink blossoms. Overall, it’s a decent bubble tea place, and I recommend giving them a try!
I usually love my coco drinks but this specific store was disappointing. The person serving my drink was kinda rude, she couldn’t communicate. I had to repeat myself multiple times , she was just uninterested to talk. Also my drink was 80% ice lol. I asked for regular ice with J. Milk tea.
Nice place, but some of the staff are unprofessional. We were there around 8 pm, and one of our friends wanted to wash her hands. The washroom was locked, and when she politely asked to use it, the staff replied, “No, I already cleaned and locked it.” She explained that she had just bought a drink and needed to wash her hands first, but instead of helping, the staff became unresponsive and kept repeating “sorry” as if they didn’t understand. Very disappointing experience.
